Today, we will do what others never do, To gain fitness and skills what other nations will never, This is the heart.

Heart I do at least three times a week, And not only does it make you shredded madly It reduces body fat percentage, But it builds your endurance, Which is one of the most important things When you’re trying to get to the next level, And you are trying to do things You couldn’t do it before, right? So, heart disease, heart disease, and heart disease.

We’re gonna do some, and I’m gonna show you how to do it.

So, let’s see if you can keep up with this routine.

(Heavy electronic music) Okay, so let’s get this crisis started.

We’re gonna start out with bungee jumping.

We’re gonna step into knee taps, then kicks the butt, Jumping jacks, quick mixing foot, Metamorphosis of mountain climbers, and finally, We’re gonna go for bikes.

We’ll do each exercise for 45 seconds, Then we will rest 15 seconds Between each of the exercises, But we’ll go all out without stopping, So 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.

We’re gonna take a break for two minutes Between each of the rounds, We’ll do a total of five rounds.

If you guys are the beginners out there, Not just half the time of 45 seconds, But I wanted to do it straight.

If you don’t have jumping rope, just pretend to jump rope.

You’re still gonna be on the same movement.

It’s gonna feel exactly the same.

If you mess up on a rope jump, just stop and start over.

If you mess up on anything, stop and start over.

If you feel like you are tired as you move, And you feel like you need to take a break, If you turn off for five seconds, two seconds, it’s okay.

Let the time keep running.

Take a small rest, and then go again, okay? Remember you’re always gonna take a break After 45 seconds, so always look forward to it.

So let’s get started.
